About Us

Founded in 2003, Futurecurve is a business and psychology consultancy that specialises in harnessing customer value. We understand business and people: customers are part of your system, not outside it.

For over 20 years, we have researched and analysed why customers behave, think and feel as they do, finding out what they truly value. Converting this into effective go-to-market strategies for our clients is where our expertise delivers maximum positive impact.

Our clients win better and more profitable business, faster and more sustainably, based on the difference they make to their customers (moving away from ‘what we do and how we do it’ communications).
